After Prom & Project Grad
Celebrate After Prom or Project Grad with an unforgettable night at AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk. Our four-hour package gives your students exclusive access to a world of fun and games, ensuring a safe and exciting celebration filled with lasting memories.
PACKAGE DETAILS
Final guest count and food selection will be due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Beyond this deadline, you will be unable to decrease your final guest count.
Final payment is due day of the party.
Guest count includes anyone participating in the birthday party activities, including the birthday honoree. Any parents or siblings not participating do not need to be included.
Additional guests can be added along with final counts, 7 days prior to the event.
Party bookings are accepted between 60 days and 2 weeks before the event date.
Yes. With a contracted party, cakes or other specialty desserts are permitted by a licensed and insured bakery. No homemade items are allowed in the facility.
You’re welcome to bring any decor to help bring your party to life. However, the following items are NOT allowed:
Disposable table cloths, napkins, plates, and utensils are provided.
A waiver must be completed by each participant before they can join any activities.
