His experience includes long stints of management and franchising for corporate restaurants and entertainment businesses, including 20+ years with Dave & Buster’s where he opened 13 locations across the globe. Jackson also was elected as a board member of the Kansas City, KS CVB for 5 years, serving 2 years as Board Chair.
